Project Manager, Berks Teens Matter

Heather Ulrich is the Project Manager for Berks Teens Matter, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Penn State Berks. Previously, Heather worked as the Outreach and Education Coordinator for Berks County District Attorney’s Office Victim/ Witness Unit. Prior to that she worked in varying capacities within the child welfare system. Heather is an established public speaker on topics including: crime victims’ rights, sexual assault, and child abuse. Heather hopes to pull from her experiences working within the child welfare and criminal justice systems to better serve the youth of our community. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies with her family, woodworking, and cooking.

Liason for Community Engagement, Berks Teens Matter

Liaison for Community Engagement with BTM. Graduated from Reading HS, earned a BA in Social Science from Wagner College and an MA in Humanities from California State University. Has worked in public and non-profit social services for 30+ years. Enjoys biking, walking/hiking, Bikram hot yoga, RHS basketball, Reading Phillies, beverages with friends and contemplation/spirituality.

Youth Ambassador Coordinator, Berks Teens Matter

We would like to thank Johnathan Rodríguez Báez for his excellent service in the role of Youth & Health Resource Center Coordinator for Berks Teens Matter. for the past two years. I work for Maternal and Family Health Services as a WIC nutritionist and office coordinator. I received my BS degree in dietetics from Framingham University just outside of Boston, MA. I have been working in the field of nutrition and health for over 12 years.
